THE NIGERIAN ARMY OF THE 63 BRIGADE INTERCEPTS CRIMINAL ELEMENTS…RECOVER ARMS AND AMUNITIONS

In a deliberate but sustained efforts to rid the region of all forms of criminality, the gallant troops of 63 brigade, while on routine patrol at about 10:30pm on Saturday 19th of October, 2024 arrested four suspects in tricycle (kekenepep) with registration number ASB 991 VC DELTA, around Nwawolo market , behind Asaba Specialist Hospital .

The suspects were identified as; Mr Abila Luka, Mr Solomon Yakman, Mr Sunday Emma, and Mr Sunday Garba. They were heading to unknown destination for their nefarious activities when they were intercepted.

Items recovered are one AK-47 rifle, one Beretta pistol 32 rounds of 7.62MM special ammunition, one round of 9MM ammunition, two cartridges, one magazine, one battle axe, one crow bar, one cross bag, one school bag, three small phones, two android phones, a wallet containing Union bank ATM card, $19, N30,650.00 Naira only.

The suspects have been taken into custody for interrogation and further investigation.
