OBIdients Rally of October 1 In Lagos Can Proceed – Court Strikes Out Suit challenging it.
Today, the suit against OBIdient’s rally in Lagos coming up on the 1st of October 2022 came up for hearing . The court objected to the applicant’s application to stop the OBIdient’s rally coming up on Saturday, the 1st October 2022. The court ruled that OBI-dients can hold their procession anywhere in the state, and can march from Lekki pass through the toll gate and to any destination of their choice.
It is appears a resounding victory for Mr Peter Obi’s supporters. The legal team was lead by Alex Ejiseme SAN standing at my left. On white native, is the Labour Party’s governorship aspirant in Lagos State.
The matter was adjourned to 4th of November to hear the substantive suit.
