NWAOBOSHI’S CONVICTION PERVERSE, UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ABUSE OF HIS HUMAN RIGHT ~ SUPREME COURT

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has today, in Abuja, upturned the conviction of Distinguished Senator Peter Nwaoboshi by a lower Court (Court of Appeal).

The apex court discharged and acquitted the oracle and termed his conviction by the Appellate court as perverse, Unconstitutional and an abuse of the human rights of the Appellant
