PETER NWAOBOSHI: THE WISH WAS THAT HE BE KILLED AND NEVER BE REMEMBERED ~ GBAGI

A celebrated entrepreneur and effective businessman, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi was in a cheerful mood of vindication and validation for the Victory of Senator Peter Nwaoboshi at the supreme court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The SDP Guber candidate, who is in court challenging the outcome of the Delta state Gubernatorial elections, has stated emphatically that he is being vindicated, having maintained that Sen Nwaoboshi’s ordeal was a deliberate witch-hunt by people who want him out of circulation for his political strength.
In an exclusive interaction with NOL24 TV, the former Minister of Education said that, but for God’s goodness, those after the Senator, who represented Delta North, wished him dead and forgotten.
The wish was that he be killed and never to be remembered
” Is not Senator Nwaoboshi that is vindicated, is me. I have told everybody that the problem we have, that have made Delta state the most backward state in Nigeria today is because we do not want to face the truth. This deceit has taken over our lives as a people, as Deltans. The resultant effect is what we are suffering today. We have become a people that have been dis-recognised, a people that have no value, we are becoming the lier headquarters of Nigeria, because we lied to ourselves. We allowed those who found their ways into government dubiously to play with our lives, that is where we are.”
“The case of Peter Nwaoboshi, I’m very happy. I spoke to Peter today thanking God that the utmost plan against him has ended in futility. The whole wish was for Peter to have been killed, the wish was for Peter to be dismembered, the whole wish was for Peter never to be remembered for life. But you see, one good thing in life is that there is an ultimate planner, and you see, that genuine ultimate plan will come to pass. Everybody has a clear destiny, from the day you were born to the end of the day you will live, God knows what will happen to you and no one can cut it short.
It was a game plan: Ibori on one leg, Peter on another leg and myself on another.

In my own case, it is no longer news that it was contrived, while it was believed that those who have character and would not settle for plate of porridge, they felt the best thing was to go through the legal wall to destroy them. They plotted all they plotted against Ibori, which has come to nothing.”
“Peter Nwaoboshi participated in the election even though he was in Prison. He will seek redress and I believe it is appropriate time to do so. Look at my case, you can imagine, when somebody is eating with you, talking to you, playing with you and you are helping the person, but the person has an inordinate madness to try to destroy you, but the person is not God.

They came up with those forgeries of stripping girls naked. I am surprised that a woman, the wife of Okowa would participate by calling the commissioner of police to say; we want to destroy this man! The commissioner of Police said so to the Inspector General of Police in my presence, to my hearing. In essence, why be a mother or a father and plot to destroy another person’s child when you are not God.
Today it has ended. All this bickering and cry by the man Gbagi, Okowa himself told me, Uduaghan himself told me, that I’m a great thing Delta state is bequeathed by God. I’m not bothered at all. Out of jealousy, probably, out of envy that you are not a corruptible person, that you cannot be corrupted, has stood us out the way we are. Today Deltans are wiser, they know that it was all a game to defame Gbagi. I have companies in every major areas in this country and around the world and no body have accused me of stripping girls naked. Even when all the four courts discharged me that these are gold diggers working for the interest of some invisible hands.

I’m very happy today that we have seen what we have seen. Peter congratulations, now you know that there are those who want to sniff life out of you. You have to be careful, particularly when those who have no business seeing wealth and money finds their way into wealth and money, they become mad. I believe that before time, God’s hand will be more visible than the hands of evil plotters and makers.

So, Im happy for you and I have said it all along that Okowa’s main interest if not that now he has lost the vice presidential election, you would have stayed there longer if he had emerged vice president.
Now he has lost the election and he knows that nemesis will start falling and his cards will start pulling apart. Thank God you have joined us as a free man. Deltans should be wary of people who are plotting to destroy other people’s children, because if you support the destruction of other people’s children, your children will one day become the victim and you cannot say anything.
I’m happy Peter is back, I’m happy the Devilish plan has collapsed like a pack of cards. Join the society Peter, fight for your right, and make sure that those of us who are standing and believe we can defend democracy and defend the course of the poor and the menace in Delta state, come together quickly and take over our state for the good and greater development of our people.”
Senator Nwaoboshi, who represented Delta North in the 8th and 9th Senate, have been in jail since July 2022 was on Friday 7th July 2023, set free as he was discharged and acquitted by the Supreme court of Nigeria. The supreme court described his ordeal as unconstitutional, perverse and abuse of his fundamental rights.
